Spring Break

We had a wonderful, adventurous spring break. 
Among other things, we:

investigated a very old filled-in well, 

 did some bird watching

boarded a replica of a colonial trading ship

 "steered" the ship (helms weren't invented until later)

and wondered what everything was for.
